Sometime around October 2020 I called Genny Ramachandran to discuss selling a residential building lot that I owned in Punta Gorda Isles. I told her there would be a slight problem since I had bought the property some 30 years earlier in a self-directed trust for an IRA and the name on record was still that of the trustee. Genny understood the problem and I listed the property after completing the voluminous documents which were required in order to list the property. She was such a terrific help to me in doing that, that I decided to increase the real estate commission by 50 % because of all the work she did for me. I’m sure that doesn’t happen very often.I called a local attorney to assist in having the owner of the record name changed, which he did with the help of Genny. Genny is a knowledgeable agent with a great personality. She is a pleasure to work with. Having been a career real estate broker myself, I can recognize competence in the business.
