Genny was the BEST REALTOR that we ever had! In our lifetime, we've bought 6 homes! Genny is a dedicated caring individual and goes out of her way with her clients. If she doesn’t know she will find out very quickly and always answers phone and keeps you in the loop of selling. She’s a top notch realtor. This is the 2nd time using her and if ever need be we’d use her again and will highly recommend her to anyone.

Genevieve is a top notch agent! She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and has a good feel for the market. Always available and very patient. We would hire her again in a heart beat had we not moved out of the area. You cannot go wrong with Genevieve and her team.

I consider it my privilege to tell you about our excellent experience with Genny Ramachandran in handling the recent sale of our home. From the first meeting to the completion of the sale, Genny was very professional, proficient, and communicative. She worked for us, she was on our team and it was completely clear that although of course, she wanted a sale, she was most concerned about finding us the right buyer. As busy as she was, she answered my phone calls right away even though I know that isn’t always possible and didn’t expect it. She kept us updated on showings and presented offers to us as soon as she received them. We always felt that she was 100% working for us. That hasn’t always been our experience with other real estate companies and agents so we noticed this right away. Genny is a gem and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends who may be selling their home!
