If I could give Genny 10 stars, I would — she is a top-notch realtor and did a marvelous job selling my Punta Gorda condo. From the beginning I was so pleased — I liked the detailed way she described my property and was pleased with the accompanying photos, which were beautiful. We received offers of contracts immediately. Unfortunately, the first potential buyer backed out within the allotted time frame, but within one day Genny immediately found another interested buyer. What impressed me was her quick, proactive networking with other realtors and follow-ups with people inquiring after the property. I very much appreciated her patient and kind explanations to my questions and concerns, particularly before signing a contract, as well as her quick responses to emails, phone calls, and texts. Genny comes across as very kind, gentle and soft-spoken with an excellent handle of the current market and negotiation skills. She is extremely pleasant to work with, and I would not hesitate again asking her to sell or purchase property. I highly recommend Genny Ramachandran as your next realtor.

I recently used Michael Saunders & Company to sell a lot in Punta Gorda, and Genevieve Ramachandran was my real estate agent. This was the second time that I used Genevieve for real estate business because she has always been very professional, kind, prompt, and very devoted to her work. Sometime around October 2020 I called Genny Ramachandran to discuss selling a residential building lot that I owned in Punta Gorda Isles. I told her there would be a slight problem since I had bought the property some 30 years earlier in a self-directed trust for an IRA and the name on record was still that of the trustee. Genny understood the problem and I listed the property after completing the voluminous documents which were required in order to list the property. She was such a terrific help to me in doing that, that I decided to increase the real estate commission by 50 % because of all the work she did for me. I’m sure that doesn’t happen very often.I called a local attorney to assist in having the owner of the record name changed, which he did with the help of Genny. Genny is a knowledgeable agent with a great personality. She is a pleasure to work with. Having been a career real estate broker myself, I can recognize competence in the business. I would have her on my team anytime.I have to think that the service I received extends throughout your company and that yours is one of the elite real estate firms in Charlotte County.

It has been a pleasure getting to know genny. She is creative in her thinking and we never have to wait days for a return phone call. When we first met I asked her how long it would take her to sell our house. She said “A Day”. She was wrong. It took two days.

It was such a pleasure working with Genny! She took what can be a very stressful experience in selling a home and handled it with the utmost of professionalism beginning from our very first encounter. Although we knew Genny was very busy, she always made us feel like we were her only client, answering our calls right away and keeping us updated during the whole process, offering us updates on showings and sending offers to us right away. There was never a time we didn’t feel that she wasn’t working 100% for us. We were very blessed to have such a high quality realtor working for us.
